Utility: Consumers in Texas may select their electric retail energy providers. Only large industrial and manufacturing customers may choose their natural gas supplier.

Texas Electric Choice: Yes. Consumers in parts of Texas may choose their electric supplier. Qualified buyers have the opportunity to reduce bills and fix overhead costs through a retail energy provider.
