Utility: Consumers in Colorado may choose their electric and natural gas supplier.
Colorado Electric Choice: No. Consumers in Colorado may not choose their electric retail energy provider.
Colorado Gas Choice: Partially. Natural gas is technically deregulated by law in Colorado, but there are no participating utilities. Large-volume industrial and commercial consumers may buy gas supply from a retail energy provider to be delivered to the City Gates and then distributed by their local utility, volume requirements differ between utilities.
